In the past two years Laura's Playground has been helping suicidal Transgendered people to live. Our Transsexual suicide rate is 31%. So despite our best efforts the odds are against us. Nevertheless we have not lost anyone until today. SO it is with great sadness I introduce this page to honor those who have died. It is ironic that our first victim is not Transgendered but a Pregnant GG who came to us for help. We don't refuse anyone help here. It is our sincere wish that this page will remain as empty as possible.

Kayla444 was a Pregnant GG who was raped by her ex-boyfriend a few days earlier. After giving her support on August 15th, 2006 I tried to get her to a rape crisis center which she refused to do as well as long term counseling. She was drinking Vodka and had taken 15 Tranquilizers. I got her to agree to call 911 as well as stopping any more self harm for the rest of the day. She later came back and thanked us for our help. Two days later August 17th, 2006 she hung herself in a suicide. We extend our heartfelt sympathies to her family and her sister Kayla666 who informed us of her passing. Please pray for the family and Kayla. Although I only knew her for that day I will miss her.

Michelle died January 2006 of Lung Cancer. She was our first CrossDresser Moderator and a good friend and a member of a PIttsburg support Group. She lived in West Virginia and was hoping to start a support group there. Michelle helped many cd's her to get to a support group. Please pray for her. She is missed by many.
