Transgender, Transsexual, Crossdresser Clothing Size Charts Let's face it the body's we were born with just don't conform to the gender we feel we really are. When we start to transition we are new to the clothing of the other gender. Size charts are often confusing. Your best bet is to find a balance between waist and hip sizes, bust and chest measurements. Wearing your new clothes correctly is essential in passing. Remember that Women have higher waists then men so if you are (MTF) Male to female you need to wear your jeans higher. (FTM's) Female to male Transsexuals need to wear them slightly lower but balance the hips. Mtf's need to wear high waisted clothing to balnce your look. Height regular 5'8" Tall 6'1" - 6' 3" . Tall measure 2" longer overall 1' longer at sleeves. Waist 2" to 3" lower then women's. Misses Body Measurements Chart
Height Petite 5'3" and under. Regular 5'3" 1/2 - 5'6" . Medium Tall 5' 8 1/2" . Tall 5'9" and over. Belt height 3" higher in women than men. Avoid low risers unless you have the figure for it. High waisted gives a better torso illusion. Women's Body Measurements Chart
Measurement Specifications Torso: Measure from base of neck to crotch. Neck: Measure a short collar that fits you well. Measure from center of collar button to opposite button hole. Bust/chest: For bust measure at fullest point of the bust. For chest meausejust under arms across shoulder blades. Ftm's should measure with binding in place. Waist: Remember that female waists are 3 inches higher than mens.
