Laura's Email volume is very heavy as she gets well over a thousand emails a day after spam. Answering all of these are unlikley and nearly impossible. They all do get read though even when not replied to. Replies are sent by priority with emergency requests being answered first. In order to spread out the load staff members have been appointed to answer emails pertaining to their particular specialty. In email addresses below use the @ sybol instead of at with no spaces.
