Trans Webcomics....

Khaos Komix - This story covers the lives of several teens just living through life. Two are gay, two are lesbians, one is FtM, one is MtF, one is the bisexual (pansexual?) boyfriend to the FtM, and the last is the homophobic boyfriend to the MtF. It's really an amazing comic, and although the updates are slow, the storyline and the art are AMAZING. I recommend that everyone read it.
Tales of Mu - This isn't a webcomic but more of a serial novel about a demon girl attending a magical university. The demon girl is not transgendered, but her friend (and lover) Steff is. The serial novel itself is just an amazing work of writing, but should only be started if you have lots of time over several days. It took me over six days (and I'm a pretty fast reader) to read obsessively and that was just about a year ago....
Venus Envy - A transgirl attends highschool with your typical girly troubles (vague summary is vague); also includes a devious transman, a team of soccer chicks, and an unfortunate past..... (I got lazy on the summary....)
All are quite lovely, but I'm definitely looking for more to read... all the time.

The Princess just started and focuses on "Seth", a little kid who knows exactly what "he" really is- Princess Sarah.
Closet Space isn't the best trans comic out there, but does go over family issues.

Transgirl Diaries - One of my favorites, I even know the comic mistress! It's a story about four transgendered folks and the adventures they have in learning about themselves. There are some really cool sci-fi themes in here as well. There are couple MtF's and a FtM. This one is updated often.
Transe-generation - No real story line to this one, and doesn't really update anymore, but the collection of trans related jokes are absolutely hilarious! It's more FtM focused, but there are still plenty of MtF panels as well.
Between The Lines - A fantastically drawn comic! The story is a little dark, but its good none-the-less. Its focuses on two MtF girls in their early teens and the hard lives they have had on the path to transition. There are many other interesting characters as well. I do wish they would update more often, but quality takes time I suppose. This one is probably more PG-13 than the other two.
Misfile - More sci-fi than trans related, but we can still relate to the problems the character is facing. Its about a boy that suddenly finds himself in the body of a girl through the actions of a hapless elf thing. Its really pretty funny the situations the characters are put through and really shows the differences in how the world sees males and females. This one is long, and I haven't even caught up on reading it all yet.
Hourou Musuko - I can't really comment on the story for this one as it was just pointed out to me recently. It looks good though, and its another long one that will take forever to catch up on! It was described to me as being the adventures of a MtF student.
Anyway, those are the ones I have that weren't mentioned already. Hope you all enjoy them!

http://tgcomics.com/
some are traditionally drawn, b&w, color, some are computer generated, some are stand alone, some are serialized.
And they have a fairly lengthy resource page. But maybe this has been mentioned before, tho I don't find 'tg comics' using search here.

Here's a new comic that's in production. They only have a title page in at the moment, but they promise weekly updates.
From what I gather, it's about a family of three, a bi-gendered mother and father, and a newborn daughter. They have flags up about Language, and partial nudity, but I haven't seen any so far, albeit, they have one page up at the moment. They're listed as a comedy comic, so I gather there'll be a wide range of Tactful and tactless jokes in there. They also love to have people comment with ideas for their comic.

I was reading Khaos Komix and couldn't help but notice the similarities between myself and Charlie! We both have a similar hairstyle, are both transsexual, and both allergic to wheat! Thanks for sharing these, cause even though they are fiction, I at least felt like I related to someone for the first time in my life.
