Wonder if anyone else is seeing the message.
Thanks,
Opal
Opal....
Honey,I just went there and didn't see any links or pictures which generally are where malware hides...
I also scanned it using an anti-malware program...
What program are you using that picked that up?

That's what I was thinking. There's no pics or links to a pdf file as an example. I'm not doubting Opal, I believe she is receiving a warning from her anti-virus program. I'm just wondering what set it off. It could be a false positive.

agreed.
i use chrome as well, and have came across that same warning a few times. The thread is most likely safe, but there may be a link Google has tagged as dangerous in the thread.

so it must be something in Chrome that picks it up...

I am in Firefox now, and not receiving the warning. I went to a mode in Firefox that would display all the HTML commands and such and found that the avatar of one of the posters refers to the smallstreamsalmonfishing.com site
Firefox is a lot slower for me (being on dialup does not help) so going back to Google Chrome
Thanks everyone!

The browser doesn't matter too much. I prefer Firefox. Internet Explorer has too many bugs and security issues. I don't like the new interface either. I use Chrome occasionally. Not that much.
