So after doing some reading online..well okay doing a fair amount of reading online I decided to buy some new blush tonight. I bought Maybelline mousse cream blush and a Revlon powder blush, both in peach as it was recommended for my skin tone. The plan is to apply the cream blush (after my other makeup is on) and then the powder blush over it and, according to the sites I've read, that helps to make your blush stay on all day.
It will be my first time with a cream blush so this should be fun. Dab a little on your two fingers and then dab and blend onto your apples. Naturally I'm not using the small brush that comes with the powder.
Oh! The Revlon powder blush I bought was around $9 but get this...it comes with a pop up mirror! Just open the case, push a little button and *pop* out shoots a little mirror! How neat is that? Should be great for touch ups (if I don't reach for my compact first...)
So, anyone have a favorite blush they prefer?
