Welcome to Laura's Playground. We trust you read our rules. Remember to treat people like you want to be treated. We are a Personal Support Site for Transgender, Transsexual, Crossdressers, Intersex and androgyns as well as Family, Partners, Wives, husbands and Serious Information Seekers. Our main mission is to lower our high suicide rate. Most moderators are certified in youth suicide prevention.

We advocate the HBIGDA Standards of Care and obtaining Cross sex Prescription Hormones by LEGAL means. We are not Therapists and don't pretend to be. We will ALWAYS recommend Professional Gender Therapists as your first step. Most of your questions can be answered by reading the site articles. Also consider a local Support Group.

We have a varied clientele and you will find many with different levels of experience here. Post-ops are our top of the line. They will make you think. Please don't interpret this as negative. They are only interested in making sure you don't make a mistake. Rest assured they know what they are talking about. They have been where you are now.
